Exceptions to No Refund Policy

The ONLY circumstances under which a refund may be considered are:

Significant Production Errors
- Wrong Product Delivered: Delivery of completely different product than ordered

- Major Design Error: Significant deviation from confirmed custom design specifications
Refund Process for Exceptions
If we determine a refund is warranted due to our fault:
- Customer must notify us within 24 hours of scheduled pickup/delivery
- Photographic evidence may be required
- We will investigate the claim within 48 hours
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refund amount may be partial depending on circumstances
Custom Orders - Special Conditions
Deposit Policy
- 50% Deposit Required: All custom orders require 50% deposit upon order confirmation
- Non-Refundable After 48 Hours: Deposits become completely non-refundable 48 hours after order confirmation
- Production Commencement: Once we begin production, no refunds are possible under any circumstances
